About The Cards

1. What materials do you use?

Our cards are printed on high-quality glossy-finish 300 GSM card. It has the same front and back finish as the original cards and feels similar in hand. The cards are printed on an industrial printer using premium ink that does not fade with time. Proper cutting tools are also used to ensure that the cuts are precise and without flaw.

2. What cards are they?

The cards that we sell are strictly proxy cards - meaning they are to be used in stead of the original cards, are not to be sold or described as original cards. We are in no way affiliated to or owned by Wizards of the Coast. These can be used for casual play and as a replacement for cards that are difficult or expensive to obtain, or just as an alternative artwork to your original cards.

3. Can the cards be played in tournaments?

The cards cannot be played in official tournaments. Local or unofficial tournaments may allow proxies. Please inquire with your tournament organizers. 

4. What kind of cards do you sell?

We sell Trading Card Games cards, ranging from rare and difficult-to-obtain cards, to popular and common cards that are seen all the time. If you're looking for a specific card and do not see them in our collection, feel free to send us an inquiry on our website or through our socials! We do not guarantee that we'll make what you want, but we forward your suggestion!

5. What designs do you have?

We are constantly coming up with unique and fun themes that might cater to a wide range of people. Keep checking back with the website or follow our socials to know more about our future launches!

About The Shipping

1. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs ~$2 USD for domestic (Singapore) and ~$3 USD (International). Items will be packed into protective plastic sleeves and shipped out via registered mail. It will come with a tracking number that will be sent to you when your order is sent out. 

2. When will the products be shipped?

We will do our best to print and ship out once per week. You will receive an order confirmation email when you place an order and another shipment email when your order has been shipped out. 

3. How long will it take to arrive?

Delivery will take anywhere between 3-21 days, depending on the distance. As we are shipping through registered mail and not package mail, it will go via airplane at the lowest cost possible. 

4. How can we process any defects or lost products?

If products are defect or are lost in the mail, do contact us via our contact form or on our socials with your order number and name and we will work with you to resolve the issue!
